You can just register as RASS MEMBER, and enjoy shopping on our e-shop. It is free to be RASS MEMBER.

If you are an IPEN user, you will be our honorable ISPEAK member and enjoy privileges, such as free download, sharing area, special bargain price for promotional products.

2.  What are the advantages of shopping in RASS LANGUAGE E-SHOP?

a)    You can go shopping online whenever you are free. It is especially important for those busy working parents.

b)    RASS LANGUAGE E-SHOP is not only an E-shop, but also an Educational Platform and Education Resources Centre for parents. On our website, you can read the books demo page and watch demo VCD/DVD of our products. We have EDU KEYS for sharing educational issues and RASS CLASSROOM for sharing how to make good use of books and resources to teach toddlers. For the Education Resources Centre, members can download Chinese versions of our books, related exercises and also sound files of our new products.

c)    We have special promotional packages for group order each month, only for RASS MEMBERS and ISPEAK MEMBERS.

d)    Members will receive newsletters and get the latest information about our products and activities.

3.  What is the shopping procedure on www.rasslanguage.com?

After login, you can choose “E-SHOP” on our menu bar. Once you click “shopping now”, you can pick the products you like. Click “Shopping Cart” when you finish shopping.

5.    How long can I receive my products after payment?

Usually, we will send the products to the express company within 4 working days after receiving payment. The express company will call you for delivery within two days. The processing procedure may last for 7 working days.

6.    How to count the delivery fee?

For purchase over $1000, we will have free delivery.

For purchase under $1000, the delivery fee is $50.

7.    Can I pick the products from your office?
